A traditional French wedding style cake consisting of choux pastry puffs piled into a cone and bound with threads of caramelize sugar.

Saint Honoré
Puff pastry cover with whipped cream and custard filled caramelized sugar choux pastry and decorated with dark chocolate wedges.

Truffle Cake
